* A resource that will, Provide Analysis / Recommendations of the Windows 2003 / (.Net Framework 1.1.4322.573, MSMQ, IIS, COM +Components) setting * A resource that will, Provide Analysis / recommendations on how to optimize the performance of the server (Performance Engineering) and during performance testing * A resource that will, baseline current performance and recommend if we need additional servers based on transaction volume. * A resource that will, Provide Analysis / recommendations on security vulnerabilities and settings * A resource that will, Provide a compiled Run-Book and train existing resources. * Contract to hire would be the best fit and this will be an on going production support position. * The resource should have some minimal amount WAS and MQ experience to have as a leverage for your other team members
